Is a deposit required to reserve my event date?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or pickup.

Do you offer delivery and setup for event rentals?
Yes! We provide delivery, setup, and pickup for event rentals in Seguin, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Cibolo, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary based on location and order

What time will my rentals be delivered?
Rentals are delivered within a scheduled window and will arrive before your event start time. Exact delivery times are not guaranteed.

Do I need to clean rental items before pickup?
No cleaning is required. Items must be returned free of excessive food, wax, tape, glitter, or damage. Cleaning fees may apply if items are returned excessively soiled.
